01. Content simplification

I excel at transforming complex information into clear and concise communications. My experience working in healthcare, fintech, and cybersecurity has taught me how to distil complicated ideas into digestible pieces of content that are easy for anyone to understand.

02. Strategic (but human) storytelling

Strategic storytelling is my forte, capturing emotions and experiences in a way that resonates deeply with audiences. When crafting narratives, I'll lean on insights from research or data to better reflect the wants, needs, and behaviours of the reader.

03. Content testing

Content testing is a crucial skill that I use to refine my communications strategy. Through my experience working in tech, I have a tool-box of low effort, high impact testing methodology that I use to optimize content for maximum effectiveness

04. Relationship management

I strive to foster trust-based connections with stakeholders, clients, and external partners. It's a skill that I've flexed in both healthcare and tech when working on projects, planning events, or building online communities.
